
Yes I haven’t posted every day. I haven’t made the count three of those days. I got sick and then was recovering and the heat wave. But no excuses , I will add extra days to the end.
10 000 steps is supposed to be good for your health but I’m still waiting. We’re having a heatwave which does not help at all. But still I know a lot of it has to do with my level of fitness because I couple of years ago I got pretty fit and the heat stopped affecting me so much.
Fitness, so hard to achieve when you’re not and really easy to let slide when you are. Anyway please find the link on my page and donate to lifeline because I really am working super hard to get those steps. It shouldn’t be that hard but right now it is.
Promising to post everyday was a bit OTT especially as I’m physically exhausted by the end of the day right now but I’ll try to check in regularly. It’s a bit shit but it’s all I can manage right now.
