

Welcome back. I’ve missed you! How have you been? Me? I’ve missed me too! I’ve been sick lately, a lot of migraines and anxiety and gastro and headlice. Oh the joys!
I’m a big believer in pulling yourself up by your boot straps (wtf are those?) but also in reaching out for help when you need it. And when you don’t? Help someone else.
So I’m taking care of my health by pledging to do 10 000 steps every day in March because good consistent habits are good for humans. And hopefully I raise some money for Lifeline because they absolutely save lives.
If you need to call someone and absolutely everyone is sick of your shit life line will answer your call and help you feel less alone. I have literally been in this situation and the person on the other end of the phone was amazing. Don’t be scared to give it a go if you need it.
As I am a little (a lot) out of shape right now I’m going to share my thoughts and feelings on this page to get me through and hopefully encourage others.
Times are tough right now. Every small donation helps or even a ‘good on you mate’ or letting others know helps us all in a weird interconnected way. See you March 1 with my sneakers on! 10 000 is a bit shit but when you’re out of practice every step counts.
